What I would rather have been doing with the past two hours:

Nailing jelly to a tree
Debating how many angels can dance on the head of a pin
Debating how many pinheads can dance on an angel
Taking over the world
Writing peer-to-peer software
Writing pir-to-pir software
Brewing beer
Drinking beer
Baking cookies
Eating cookies
Reading cookbooks
Reading the dictionary
Looking for a job
Exercising
Sleeping


What I actually did over the past two hours:


I discovered that when a fluorescent tube falls over onto a linoleum floor, it shatters into a zillion itty bitty pieces. Further, some of the pieces are capable of making 180 degree turns, levitating nearly a meter into the air, and teleporting through walls. Wiping down my entire kitchen, by hand, with damp paper towels, is not my idea of fun.

Put a nylon stocking on the end of your vacuum, and get the seed beads that way! Works great. :-)
