Boulder Beer Company Mojo India Pale Ale Mojo is less hoppy than most IPAs; it is only marginally stronger than Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. The aroma is merely bitter; there is none of the west coast style flowery or fruity smell. However, the lack of apparent hoppiness may be due to the pronounced malt flavor, which nearly drives the hops to the background. While a less hoppy IPA, it is still an IPA; do not attempt to match this with mild foods. If you're a moderate hop head, this will also do well as a session beer. 3.5/5
