Short form: I am in Lowell. I have not closed on the condo yet. Because the delay is the builder's fault, the builder has put me up in the Lowell Doubletree. I have a new tentative closing date of Friday, 5/4, at 1 PM. The movers dropped off all my stuff, which is in the new condo. I spent most of today unpacking. The kitchen is mostly reassembled.

Long form: too tired to type up right now, but it's ranged from "Oops, found a lien on the building that we didn't know about until the day people were supposed to start closing" to stepping in someone's gum. I'm here, I'm OK, and about all I can do is laugh at the comedy of errors. Especially because most likely the biggest error was mine in attempting to tight-schedule around construction.
