Good framing shop for weird framing

sauergeekI am in search of a good framing shop that can handle strange framing. In particular, I have three medieval choirbook pages (or replicas, but doesn't matter for this request). They have calligraphy on both sides of the page. I would like to get them framed such that I can display both sides at the same time.
I also have a triptych that needs framing, as well as two much more normal framing jobs.
Recommendations welcome!

They did our wedding stuff as well as a set of pictures I just brought back from my parents place in KY.
