Today, my wife and I filed for divorce. For those who I've talked to about this, thank you for helping me get this far. For those who I hadn't, my apologies; it's not something I particularly liked talking about.

If things go as scheduled, we'll have a hearing in about a month, become formally divorced in two months, and irrevocably divorced in five months.

Or you've done a very good job of making this not grist for the gossip mill in which case congratulations.

I think I succeeded in keeping it out of the gossip mill. I didn't talk to many people about this.
