Recurring dreams

This is more curiosity than anything else. Does anyone reading this have recurring dreams? Or have you had them in the past? By this I mean dreams that have the same, or similar, setting (and the same players, if there are players).

I ask because I've just realized I've started on a second recurring dream. The first one showed up sporadically for about four years, and ended two years ago or so, and involved me trying to navigate my way out of a huge stone building that proved to be the warrens under a cathedral. The dream series ended when I found my way out of the cathedral. The current one so far involves a 36-story building on a waterfront, with an elevator akin to the one in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory -- except the controls are both hidden, and not obvious in their use. I have no idea what the end state of this dream series will be.

I do not have recurring dreams. In fact, I don't dream much at all.

Although you would not know it from the wacky dreams I've been having this week. One night I'm shooing wheelchair gangstahs out from my store doorway, the next night I'm buying a shawl/scarf thing from Cher at a craft fair....
